A large and impressive portfolio to date
With 16 years of experience behind us, we’ve got countless success stories to share with you, including winning the best bathroom award on Channel 9’s The Block – All Stars back in 2013, constructing Josh and Jenna’s renovations in Bondi Beach under a tight deadline. We were commissioned to build The Welcome Portal for the Taronga Zoo Hotel, featuring exquisite curves everywhere. We also built the huge and detailed staircases at the International Conventional Centre – a stunning job which can be seen from Darling Harbour.

We will take care of every aspect of the work from concept to completion, so you can relax and not worry about a thing! This includes all preliminary requirements such as DA/CDC applications, drafting/architectural services, structural engineering, certification, approvals and home owner warranty insurance. We truly understand the imposition and stress renovations can be on the household, so we aim to be in and out as quickly and tidily as possible with minimal disruption for you and your family during these times.

Meet Matt Ball
Founder and Director
With 16 years of experience constructing and managing high end projects as a fully licenced builder, Matt takes care of each job from concept to completion with ease, employing and training all his staff with the same values and work ethic.

Matt has worked as a lead carpenter and site manager for the majority of his career. Seven years ago he started his own business, honing in on luxury carpentry, and in 2020 he expanded into full scope licenced building.
​
Matt studied complex mathematics, meaning that complicated jobs are achieved comfortably and purposefully. The results are obvious, with well-planned calculations that work each time.

Matt has spent the last year renovating and transforming his own family house into a striking ‘Hamptons Coastal Style’ home, so he understands the importance of the finer details in craftsmanship. This home is available for you to view anytime.
